failed to install jetpack plugin

    Can you please help me to check out why i cannot install jetpack plugins?
    It says ‘installation failed, destination folder already exist’

    Hi there:

    It looks like your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted elsewhere.

    Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.

    However, this isn’t a Jetpack problem but a very common WordPress one. A quick Google search brings up a number of tutorials that will walk you through how to fix this.

    You’ll need to have your FTP login for your site – this is a different login than the one you use to manage your website. If you don’t know what that is, contact your hosting provider for help and they can give you that login upon request.
