Failed to Load Plugin and Media Gallery does not load, please help

We are having two errors on our site, and I’m not sure how to solve them. The first is that our media gallery is refusing to load, and this i haven’t been able to update images and media on our site.
The second is that when we open a exiting or new post we receive this error message at the top of the post.
