Failed to locate XML-RPC API setting gravatar

    hello,
    I am trying to set gravatar on my blog : bellartymint.wordpress.com
    but it’s not working. I get an error :
    Something went wrong when trying to locate the XML-RPC API on your blog. Please log into your WordPress admin panel, then go to Settings > Writing > Remote Publishing and check the box next to ‘Enable the WordPress, Movable Type, MetaWeblog and Blogger XML-RPC publishing protocols.’

    I don’t have such settings onto my setting panel. I don’t know what to do and I didn’t find an answer on this forum.
    Can somebody help?
