  “Failed to open page.”
  Hello, my domain is payed until May 2014, but since several months is impossible to open it.
  I can reach it as administrator but the web page is not accessible to others in internet.
  Since is payed I’m asking a refund, or if you solve the problem one year of free domain.
  Hope you can solve the problem.

  Your Domain Mapping upgrade here at WordPress.com does not expire until May of 2014. However, your domain mariainesferreira.com was not registered here. It appears that mariainesferreira.com has expired.

  However, the good news is that it appears mariainesferreira.com made it through the expiration process without being swiped and is available to be registered.

  Thank you for your answer. I understand it now. My domain has expired already, and May 2014 is the “tolerance” to keep my domain.
  I will buy it back since is available.

  Good morning again. I don’t understand why I can put “mariainesferreira.wordpress.com” online but “mariainesferreira.com” still doesn’t appear. I found this e-mail that says that my domain is payed but I’m not being able to see it. What I am doing wrong?

  As it has expired, you will need to register mariainesferreira.com again in order for it to work.

  Simply log into your WordPress.com site’s dashboard, click on Store–>Domains, enter mariainesferreira.com in the “add a domain” box and click the “add domain” button. Then simply follow the instructions that appear to register your domain.

  Or, you can register mariainesferreira.com at another registrar like GoDaddy and then use these instructions to point it to WordPress.com:
