    I see that you contacted our billing team about this. They will get back to you via email to help you with this further.

    I also wanted to confirm that no charge/payment was made on our end. If you see a charge on your credit card/bank statement, please take a screenshot and send it to our billing team at billingsupport@wordpress.com.
