“Failed to restore all domains” > I can’t access my domains nor info

Hello,
I can’t access my domains in my WordPress account anymore (it’s been days). A notification appears : “Failed to restore all domains”. The icon at the top left of the dashboard that I click on to switch sites is blank, and next to it is written “Loading in progress…”.
Overall, the dashboard doesn’t display my info anymore (name, e-mail, login, invoices…).
Where does this problem come from ? Is there something I can do to fix it ?
I really need to get back access to my websites.Thank you for your help !
