Failed to Restore Website with Jetpack

    My Situation:

    I have upgraded to Business Plan on Feb 2022 and backed-up my website using Jetpack before my plan ended.

    The backup is successful and I can download a jetpack-rewind-xxxxxxxxx-wpcomstaging-com-2023-02-15-00-20-38.tar.gz file in my local desktop.

    And now, I have paid for the Business Plan again and am trying to restore the website.

    However, it failed.

    The Restore button is grey out, and I cannot find other way to upload my zip file to restore my website anywhere in WordPress.

    Please kindly help to look into the situation and advice the way to restore the website, thanks.

    Hi there, I logged into your site and went to Jetpack > Activity Log and filtered for Backups & Restores, and see an entry there for 2/15, and the restore button is active. Can you go to the following link and try restoring to that date?

    In some instances when a plan has expired, and then one added back, it can take the backups a little while to sync to the site again.
