"Failed to retrieve all domains" error
-
Hello Team,
Its been about a month, and I have not been able to access my WordPress site. The website itself is up – but I cannot edit or view my tools on the back end side. I see a blank screen with the error: “Failed to retrieve all domains”.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there,
I’ve checked the site skullgranze.photography but I seem to be able to access the admin areas of the site without issue. For example, I am able to see all your pages listed here: https://wordpress.com/pages/skullgranze.photography
Can you share the URL that you are trying to access so we can be sure we are looking at the same thing as you are? Thanks for the additional info!

Hello,
When I go to the admin section, the link it sends me to is: https://wordpress.com/stats/day ,
and
https://wordpress.com/domains/manage
Which doesnt really give much information outside of that being the location of those 2 pages. If possible I can provide screenshots.

Hmm that is some odd behaviour and definitely what is happening to me when I try to visit the same pages.
To clarify, when you say “when I go to the admin section” what is the URL you are using to reach that? What happens if you click direct links like the one I shared above.
Also, are you able to test in another browser like Firefox to see if the issue is specific to Chrome? I appreciate your help since we are not able to replicate it, thanks!

Hello,
Seems like the issue was that I needed to log out, and log back in. Now I can see all my websites and tools.
Whenever I was first getting on the website, I would just type in: wordpress.com , in which it would bring me to the empty home screen. So possibly a caching issue?
Regardless, I can now view m domains and edit. Thank you for your time!
