"Failed to retrieve all domains"; support also down

My site went down because my credit card number changed and I didn’t see the email about it. I would like to pay and get my main site back (as well as the other free ones I have). But right now, my entire wordpress.com account is borked. I can’t see any of my sites (paid or free) and get the error, “Failed to retrieve all domains.”
When I try to go to support, the page just never loads. So I can’t reach support. You should have email support or a ticketing app. I know I’m not currently paying, but all I want to do is start paying again and that seems impossible at the moment.
I tried to do this last week but got the same errors, and I was hoping that wordpress.com would fix it in a week.

To delete any site in your account, go to My Sites ->Switch Site and select the site you want to delete. Then go to Settings ->General. You’ll find the delete site option there.
