Failed to transfer my domain to Wix.

    I was happy to be the customer of WordPress but for some reason I had to move to Wix.
    I am having trouble in transferring my domain to Wix.
    My domain name is jerryccn.com
    What I have done was following the instruction of WordPress,
    getting the authoritative code. And sent it to Wix.
    Afterwards, I have cancelled the purchase of the domain in WordPress. (It means it won’t renew after the expiry date)
    Supposedly my domain in WordPress will expire in Jan 2018.
    However, after a week I have done all things, Wix sent me an email and said the transfer was failed.
    But I couldn’t receive a new authoritative code because I couldn’t find my domain in ‘purchased item’.
    And the domain is now stuck in WordPress and it doesn’t work.
    I am quit desperate and do not know what to do.
    Please help.

    The transfer failed because you cancelled jerryccn.com before the process had completed. The domain needs to be active on your account in order for the transfer to be successful.

    I can contact our registrar and ask for the domain to be restored. If you are happy for me to go ahead and do so, please reply to confirm and I can sort that out for you. The domain can then be transferred to Wix.

    Hi there,

    I just wanted to let you know that your domain has been restored, and I’ve reactivated it on your account.

    Due to the cancellation it has now been transfer-locked at our registrar, so you won’t be able to transfer it to Wix. I’ve emailed them to ask if they can remove the lock. I’ll let you know once I hear from them.

    In the meantime, you can already point your domain to Wix using their name servers or IP addresses. You can find instructions how to add those to the domain here:
