Failed to update theme

  Hi, we upgraded to Premium just to have the opportunity to be able to use the theme Avada, by Theme Forest.
  However, when we tried to update the theme, the server said that we already had it so the update failed. Instead it erased Avada and now we can´t upload it again. It just says that it already exists (but it doesn´t).

  How can we solve this when there´s no access via ftp? Is there another way to do it? I think we have to erase Avada on the server to upload it again but how can we access it? It won´t work from the admin panel.
