Failed transfer

Hi, we tried to transfer a site from one WordPress account to another. It was gone from the sender account. However, the recipient account did not receive the confirmation email from WordPress because it was rejected by their security system. How can we retrieve the site in this case? Thank you!

I just checked and it looks like the site was transferred fro the original account to a different WordPress.com account than the one you are contacting from
Laosco. Was that the intent? If not, to get this sorted, we’ll need the original owner of the account to post in this thread, and we can look further into this issue for them.Thanks,

stsela who posted up there is the account that transferred the site stse.la. The site has gone from their account so they cannot re-transfer it. It was supposed to be transfered to our account (laosco) but stsela transferred it to the wrong account (planlaos). Can you please kindly advise how to sort this out exactly? This has been very confusing with the three comments from three different staff at WordPress. Please read the whole thread of exchange. Thank you!

Many thanks for that information.
It was supposed to be transfered to our account (laosco) but stsela transferred it to the wrong account (planlaos).
In order to bring this to a resolve you would need to contact new owner of the site, and they would need to transfer the site back to the intended account.

Sorry that it is very confusing here. “Stsela” (the former owner of the site) transferred it to the wrong username (“Planlaos”) but with the right email address ((email visible only to moderators and staff)). The right username associated with this email address is “Laosco”. We have never received the confirmation email sent to (email visible only to moderators and staff) because it was blocked by our security system.
