Failed transfer of blog – how to find where it has gone and retrieve the url?!

    I created the new user ‘unikboutique’ for a friend who I am doing a blog for. I then attempted to transfer the blog from my ‘jewelleryhannah’ account to ‘unikboutique’. The blog has disappeared from the dashboard in ‘jewelleryhannah’, but it hasn’t travelled to the ‘unikboutique’ account – it’s not there.

    When I click on the transfer link in my email, I see a dashboard page where I can see the ‘unikboutique.wordpress.com’ blog listed, but it says “your attempt to transfer a blog failed – please contact support'”. When I click on the link for the blog, it takes me to the url, although the page doesn’t seem to be working fully.

    I want to use this blog address, so can anyone tell me how I can retrieve it, as I can’t even create a new blog with this name now.
