  why do i get the validation error?

  how can i fix it?

  I’m sorry but you have not provided enough information to secure an answer.
  Which theme are you referring to?
  What exactly failed to validate?
  Exactly what did the notice of failure to validate say?

  Agree with TT. Please remember that we can’t see what you’re seeing.

  I’m going to assume that you mean the w3 Validator which would mean you’re output is located here.

  Have you looked at the results? Looks like you’ve got gobs of span tags in there for no purpose. My guess is that you’re using Word to write your posts and pasting them in.

  What looks like the issue though is you got a closing p tag inbetween two of those spam tags and the validator doesn’t like that.
