Failing RSS widgets

  RSS feed widgets have gone down on me twice in as many days. I’m using Garland theme. Is this a general problem anyone is aware of?

  I’ve used
  http://wordpress.com/tag/mp3/feed/
  and
  http://wordpress.com/tag/mashup/feed/

  and they’ve both failed.

  A non-wordpress.com feed on my page is still up.
