'Failue' when trying to upgrade account

Hello!
I keep trying to upgrade my account, but each time I try to pay, a red box in the upper right-hand corner says ‘failure.’ (A potentially unrelated issue is that my Insights launch page freezes every time it tries to open.) Is there a way I can successfully pay without a PayPal account?

Hi Katie,
I don’t see any failed payment attempts on your account, and combined with the page freezing that tells me this is most likely a browser or connection issue.
Can you please make sure your browser is updated to the newest version, and then try clearing the browser cache and cookies. Instructions here:
Also try resetting your modem/router.
If that doesn’t work, can you please try a different browser and/or a different internet connection?
