Failure changing url address

  I tried to change my new URL address to a new domain name in the general settings, under site name. Now It brings me to a search bar when I log in instead of the website. Also, I don’t know if I have two usernames on accident for one email. I am able to log in here but it is not my paid plan like my other one. Thank you for helping me straighten this out.
