Failure of embedded YouTube links

  At http://bergiesplace.wordpress.com/2009/06/05/a-great-night-at-the-kimmel-center/ I have had two links to Ravel YouTubes for several years. Recently, I found out that the linkls don’t work. I’ve tried to insert the URLs in accordance with the new procedure given at your Support site for this topic but I cannot get the links to go to YouTube.

  I’m seeing the two YouTube videos embedded in your post here using Google Chrome 22.0.1229.94:

  A GREAT NIGHT AT THE KIMMEL CENTER

  When pasting the YouTube URL, can you make sure it isn’t hyperlinked?

  If you’re still getting the same result, can you reply with the draft post URL where you’re trying to embed the YouTube video so I can take a closer look?

  Thanks for pointing me in this direction. I downloaded a newer (latest) version of Firefox and I could then run the videos via Firefoz but not IE. And, “something” wouldn’t let me set IE as default (Ican hear you saying, why bother but…) . Anyway, I finally downloaded Google Chrome, did a RegistryClean, and all of the on-board electrons seem content. It continues to amaze me how these glitches consume otherwise productive time.
