Failure of Import of Word Press file

  Thrice my Word Press file from another blog was imported successfully. It had three posts. And it shows none. The import has failed to work.

  Which blog URLs were you importing from/to?

  I am importing from:
  http://maibaapviews.wordpress.com/

  to:
  http://metasant.wordpress.com/

  I did manage to important (one-post) blog from blogger. WordPress to WordPress has become an issue. Though when I did the first ever import, it worked. I had to delete it so as to have the right order. I then imported blogger, which worked and got stuck on the above import.

  When you deleted the posts to re-try, did you also empty the Trash? If they’re still in the Trash, they are counted as existing and therefore will not be duplicated.
