Failure to Download

  Hi there, I have been trying to download the media content and export content from my photography blog but it is failing. I have tried numerous times to download both but it always results with a ‘Network Error’. My internet is fully functional so I do not understand why this keeps happening. Please help :)

  Hi there,

  You have almost 1.4GB of files in your media library, so the download is likely timing out because it’s taking too long. In that case, you might need to use download management software to handle the media download instead.

  Our logs show a regular content export for your site completed successfully around an hour after you posted here, and we sent you a link via email to download the file. If you’re unable to download that file either, try clearing your browser cache, your computer’s DNS cache, and also unplug your router and/or modem for a few seconds to clear its connection cache. Then try again.
