Failure to upload featured image and save article as draft

I’ve been having issues trying to upload my featured image. I have done everything I can and even tried on my phone as well as a laptop and tablet–nothing is working.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Can you tell me what happens when you try to save a featured image on your posts? What are you seeing?
When I go to My Sites – Posts – Edit (for the three most recent) I can see there’s a featured image attached to those posts.

Thanks for that information. Which version of the app are you using? And on what device?

Also, does it make a difference if you are connected over wifi or cellular data? Could be a connection issue – as large images are slow to load on poor connections.

Is our firewall or cdn team needs the following info
The CDN/Firewall could potentially block certain functions on WordPress, but only if WordPress is trying to make a “call” to a server. For instance, if you are trying to get say, an IP from another server. Your server can “call” out to the other server for the information. But when the Other server sends the data back, it could be blocked by the CDN/Firewall.
The error’s you are getting are primarily “Not found” or “Missing Plugin”. This indicates, to us at least, that your site is missing files. You should consult with a web developer for more insight into this. We very well may be blocking certain functions, and if we are we can whitelist those functions, but we won’t know what functions we are blocking

It sounds like we were discussing two different sites here. Originally we were trying to help you with your WordPress.com site, https://360magazineblog.wordpress.com/. However, recently you mentioned the self-hosted WordPress site, the360mag.com. Could you confirm which site you’re having trouble setting the featured image for?
If it is the360mag.com that you need help with, I do see that site is connected to WordPress.com through Jetpack, are you also connecting to the app through Jetpack? If so, make sure that you do not have anything installed on your server or site which is blocking Jetpack’s requests.
