  Hi there, When did you request a refund? Refunds are available only during the refund period. If you signed up for an annual plan, you had 14 days from date of purchase. If it was a monthly plan, then 7 days from purchase.

  If you requested a refund during that period, it will be returned to your method of payment and overseas refunds can take a little longer. Here’s more on refunds: https://wordpress.com/support/refunds/

  @blairbrie – you originally purchased your annual WordPress.com Personal plan, domain registration, and professional email subscriptions on 2022-01-16. As @justjennifer noted, our refund policy is 14 days for annual subscriptions.

  Since you cancelled the plan on 2022-03-06 you were not eligible for a refund.
