Fake WordPress Blog?

Hi,
Someone has started a blog which has my blog name except there’s is .co.uk but mine is wordpress.com.
I don’t know if it is a real wordpress blog because there isn’t the lock at the top of the page & I thought wordpress stops you from creating a blog with a similar name?
The suspect blog is http://giveawaysrus.co.uk/
Please can someone at wordpress have a look & see if they are actually a wordpress blog?
Obviously it’s not nice that this has happened, & there is no contact details on the suspect blog for me to contact them.
Right at the bottom of the suspect blog there is WordPress.org which makes me think it’s a wordpress blog, sorry if this does not mean that, I’m new to everything blog lol

That’s not a WordPress.COM hosted blog.
It’s a WordPress.ORG software install.
You do not own any URL other than the URL of the sub-domain your blog is on now at http://giveawaysrus.wordpress.com/ -

Sorry I’m not tech minded, what is the difference between starting a blog on here & WordPress.ORG?
Is WordPress.ORG a software program anyone can download onto a website?

WordPress.ORG is free software. It is the hosting that costs you. See here for a comparison http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

I understand the difference now.
Does this happen often someone else copying other peoples blogs using free software & self hosting?

This is not a WordPress.COM issue and our Staff cannot help you. If the person in question is actually breaching your copyright by using your own unique text without your permission then you determine the web host and can file a DMCA takedown notice. If, however, all the person and you are doing is linking to giveaways on other sites in post after post then the content is not unique. I did understand in my last question that it was not a WordPress.COM issue, I was asking you as someone individual that obviously knows a lot about blogs.
