False allegations of Cyber Bullying

What happens when someone makes a FALSE allegation of defamation or cyber-bullying. Can you post another peroson’s own written words to show they have a habbit of making allegations, defaming other people’s character, then calling the other parties a cyber bully when they get mad and “lash back”? Does wordpress suspend an account just because someone “CLAIMS” it is cyber-bullying?

While I cannot answer for staff, only based on my own observations of staff answers in this forum, unless that person claiming you to be a cyberbully can produce a court order or some other legally binding document demanding you (or WordPress) to shut down the site, you can pretty much write whatever you want,
as long as the content is not [...] libelous or defamatory, does not contain threats or incite violence towards individuals or entities, and does not violate the privacy or publicity rights of any third partysee TOS for more info:
