False charges

  Charged $180 on my checking account for a WordPress site and it doesn’t say what site. This free site says no recent charges. I did not order a WordPress site. I only have blogs and don’t want a site and I believe a false charge has been placed on my account. Help

  The site I need help with is skendallosborne.wordpress.com.

  Hi there, you can enter the charge information at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com to determine whether the charge is from WordPress.com or not and for what site. You’ll also be given the option of contacting the billing team directly from there if the charge isn’t found.

  If that isn’t working for you, please post back here, but do not share here in these public forums any sensitive financial info. Thanks.

  So, as @justjennifer mentioned, please fill out the information at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com to see whether the charge is related to WordPress.com or not.
