False Claim

Hi I purchased the upgrade through Paypal and it made a false claim for unauthorized charges. I never disputed this claim and now not only can I not work on my site but I have to wait for the claim to be dropped. I cannot afford to pay 15 for a false claim. Paypal also said this claim was disputed by your site. So I need to know how Im responsible for your disputes?

Looks like that the payment has already been reversed. I’m checking with our Payments team if the dispute was closed in your favor or ours, which will determine whether you need to pay for the Premium plan again and for the chargeback fee that’s already been added to your checkout page to unlock your site before you can continue using it.

The Payments team updated me on your issue.
If you contact PayPal and cancel the dispute the funds will be restored in your account and we’ll be able to restore the Premium plan. Also, the dispute fee will be waived.
