False Dashboard notice: "Your subscription is about to expire"

    I have autorenewal on my account and my credit card in not expiring soon.

    Yet I received this notice: “your credit card needs updating” Although it didn’t, I just reentered the same info and that notice went away. Why did I get this notice?

    Then I received this notice: “your subscription is expired or expiring soon” I have auto-renewal so what should I do?

    Hi there,

    I don’t see any warnings like that in your site’s dashboard. Please try clearing your browser cache and cookies to see if that makes the notice go away.

    Also note that as a Premium Plan owner you can receive help with issues like this via live chat by clicking the help icon that appears bottom-right on all My Sites dashboard pages.
