False expiration?

I just paid the renewal fee yesterday for my domain.
However, I received another email saying my domain name is going to expire Next month, but when i check my payments or domain settings it doesn’t say anything about it.can anyone help with this problem? I couldn’t find a phone number to call about it.

You have two renewals for a a custom domain name to work – Domain registration ($6.-/yr I think) and Domain Mapping ($13.-/yr) –
Did you pay both of them?
Dashboard >> Store >> Billing HistoryI have also flagged this for the staff to review your charges

My receipt says domain mapping and domain registration.
