False suspension on another account
-
I am submitting this forum post on this account, rather than the account that holds that domain/site, as I am unable to log in due to being suspended, of which I have reasons to believe I was falsely flagged.
Around this time of year last year in 2024, specifically in August, my site had been falsely flagged for breaking WordPress’ terms and conditions. I had initially created a contact ticket, and the WordPress team had responded, affirming to me that my site had been falsely flagged by automated anti-spam controls. WordPress soon reinstated my website shortly after.
The email chain was titled “(email visible only to moderators and staff)” by your system, in case you would like to refer back to it.
I believe this has happened again, as I cannot think of any policy in WordPress’ terms and conditions that I have broken, even after reading through all of it again. Therefore, I have reasons to believe once again that my website was falsely flagged for spam.
I would appreciate if I could get help on this matter as soon as possible. The email address associated with the site in question is (email visible only to moderators and staff)
Thank you!
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there,
If your above WordPress.com site has been suspended for a possible Terms of Service violation, you’ll want to follow this guide and submit the form to the Trust and Safety team:
https://wordpress.com/support/suspended-blogs/
If you’ve already submitted that form, you’ll need to be patient for their reply.
Forum staff cannot assist with suspended sites.

Hi,
Thanks for your answer. As I mentioned above, I am unable to make a suspended blogs support ticket because I am unable to log into that account.
Or if possible, will I be able to make one from this account?
Thanks.

Hi @glucosetranslationsdf6651bc74,
If your site and account haven’t been blocked from breaking our Terms of Service, you can appeal that decision by using the form found here: https://wordpress.com/support/suspended-blogs/
Just to clarify, you do not need to be logged in to submit the appeal form.
Please fill it out, and our Trust & Safety team will review your appeal and respond by email.
