Fast Cache plugin

  Hi, I’ve tried to install the following plugins:
  – W3 Total Cache
  – WP Super Cache

  And it says that none of them is compatible with my WordPress, how is that possible if I have the latest version of WordPress? Is there any other good plugin that does the same?

  We won’t be able to help you here as your site is not hosted on WordPress.com.

  Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
