First, it looks like your question has to do with a self-hosted WordPress.org product. WordPress.org is a flavor of WordPress we don’t specifically support here. These forums offer support for the WordPress.com suite of products, including the Jetpack plugin for self-hosted WordPress.org sites. The distinction can seem subtle, so you may read more about the differences.
However, with that said, I don’t have enough experience on this forum to know what support we offer for WooCommerce-associated plugins. This one is based on the error address.
An easy way to disable a broken plugin comes if you have FTP access to your site. Follow that navigation trail that error message gave you (home folder -> content folder -> 48 -> and so on) until you get into the “plugins” folder, then append “-disabled” to the end of that plugin folder’s name. This disables it and will let you remove it in your WP-Admin area. You can try a re-install or other steps then. See more on this process at the [WordPress.org Codex](https://codex.wordpress.org/Managing_Plugins).
