  The problem related to an update of the SEO plug-in.

  I have renamed the folder for the SEO in the file manager on the C panel, and this has allowed me to access the wp-admin dashboard.

  I have de-activated the SEO, so now can access the website.

  The next part is to re-activate the SEO plug-in.
