fatal error

    every time I am trying to access the WordPress websitebuilder it says Fatal error and ask for help or call number or chat which doesnt open.. I have a screen shot of the message I get every time.

    Jetpack: Yes
    Correct account: Yes

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Hi there,

    It seems like your website is using the WordPress.org software and is being self-hosted through another provider like Bluehost. As this forum is meant for users who have their websites hosted with WordPress.com, there’s not much we can do to help you here.

    Your best bet would be to reach out to your hosting provider directly and ask them for direct assistance, which most are willing to help paying customers out.
