  Hello Please check attached screenshot.(how to upload the picture ?)
  1 We want to import the theme but alway importing…
  2 After that, the login page was come out error.
  Can you check why happended with that ? thanks

  Thanks for your reply. We installed the host elsewhere but we want to confirm if we need to upgrade to Business / Ec plan so we can use the theme/plugin ?

  You only need to purchase a Business or eCommerce subscription if you host your site here at WordPress.com.

  To avoid confusion, there are three different “WordPress” at play here:

  1. The free, open-source WordPress software which powers your website.
  2. WordPress.org which is the open-source project that works on the WordPress software and where you can get the software for free to use on your own hosting provider.
  3. WordPress.com which is a managed hosting provider of the WordPress software and with whom you’re contacting now.

  Can you give us your site URL so we can confirm where your site is hosted so we can point you in the right direction to get help?
