Hi there,
I understand that you’ve been experiencing some issues with your website, dearvincent.co, being down. I’m glad to inform you that when I visited your site, it loaded correctly, which means the issue might have been resolved already.
Also, I noticed that your website is not hosted with us at WordPress.com, but rather on a self-hosted WordPress.org installation. While I’m always happy to help, I have no access to websites hosted outside of WordPress.com. To get more assistance regarding your site, I recommend posting your query in the official WordPress.org support forums at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/. The community there is quite knowledgeable and should be able to provide you with the guidance you need.
If you’re interested in a more hands-off approach for managing your website, I’d like to suggest moving your site to WordPress.com using our migration tool: https://wordpress.com/support/import-using-move-to-wordpress-com/. By hosting your site on WordPress.com, you can enjoy the benefits of having all updates, maintenance, and security tasks taken care of by our team. This allows you to focus on creating and managing your site’s content.
As a previous user of our Business plan, I would recommend considering the same plan for your website. With the Business plan, you’ll have access to in-house dedicated support from our WordPress.com experts, as well as various premium features that can enhance your site’s performance and appearance.
If you have any questions or need further assistance, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us. We’re always here to help.
