Fatal Error

  Hi guys,
  I’m getting an error when trying to get to my WP-Admin page for my website.

  Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 33554432 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 122880 bytes) in /home/theroman/public_html/wp-admin/menu.php on line 79

  I was working on enabling JetPack and that’s when the page fell over.

  Any help would be appreciated.

  Hi Eddie,

  This sounds like an error for the self-hosted version of WordPress (WordPress.org):

  WordPress.com vs. WordPress.org

  The good news is you can quickly fix this by raising the memory available to PHP:

  http://codex.wordpress.org/Editing_wp-config.php#Increasing_memory_allocated_to_PHP

  I recommend following the link that lorenzocaum provided, to increase the memory available to PHP. You can also get support for those kinds of issue on your self-hosted WordPress site here: wordpress.org/support/
