  I have installed a plugin and I am facing this problem:Fatal error: Call to undefined function shortcode_exists() in /home/u1r/public_html/wp-content/plugins/4k-icon-fonts-for-visual-composer/titan-shortcode-extension/class-titan-shortcode.php on line 395

  My website is down and wordpress dashboard is not working.

  Please help.
