  Why would i get this error on my site??

  Fatal error: Cannot redeclare has_shortcode() (previously declared in /home/content/42/10870242/html/wp-includes/shortcodes.php:154) in /home/content/42/10870242/html/wp-content/themes/Quark/functions/custom_functions.php on line 89

  I’m afraid you’re in the wrong forum. This support forum is only for free WordPress.com blogs. You appear to have a self-hosted WordPress.ORG install. WordPress.com and WordPress.org are completely separate and different: http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
