Fatal Error

  I was adjusting plugins to improve speed and I went to deactivate WP Total Cache and got this error: Fatal error: Call to undefined function wp_cache_get() in /homepages/13/d639313236/htdocs/clickandbuilds/IndependentBeauty/wp-includes/option.php on line 1117. Now I can’t even access my admin panel.
