Fatal Error

  My domain is http://www.stealmyplaylist.com and I installed a new theme, when I clicked Activate something happened with my computer and I had to press stop on my browser which then caused everything to go wrong. Now every time I try and go to the website, or even login it shows: Fatal error: Cannot redeclare social_widget_scripts() (previously declared in /home1/stealmyp/public_html/wp-content/plugins/social-media-widget/social-widget.php:24) in /home1/stealmyp/public_html/wp-content/themes/bigcity/social-media-widget/social-widget.php on line 29

  How do I fix this!? Help!!
