Fatal Error after downloading GOTMLS plugin

    I’ve gotten the following error message(s):

    Warning: require_once(/home/homeat30/public_html/wp-admin/includes/plugin.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/homeat30/public_html/wp-content/plugins/content-views-query-and-display-post-page/includes/functions.php on line 12

    Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required ‘/home/homeat30/public_html/wp-admin/includes/plugin.php’ (include_path=’.:/usr/local/php70/pear’) in /home/homeat30/public_html/wp-content/plugins/content-views-query-and-display-post-page/includes/functions.php on line 12

    In the file manager I deleted the files for the plugin in question, but I can’t rename it or delete the entire folder. I downloaded the plugin because I had some malware notifications in my code.

    Advice?
