Fatal Error after downloading Magical Blocks Plug-in

    After downloading the Magical Blocks Plug-in, I’m getting this error:

    Fatal error: (mitaai) Call to undefined function Carbon_FieldsHelpermb_convert_case() in /afs/athena.mit.edu/activity/m/mitaai/web_scripts/home/wp-content/plugins/magical-blocks/lib/carbon-fields/vendor/htmlburger/carbon-fields/core/Helper/Helper.php on line 395

    I’m unable to access the site (it just gives me the error) so I can’t access the page to uninstall the plug-in. How can I get rid of this error?

    Thanks for providing the error log. It looks like your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted elsewhere.

    Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.

    https://wordpress.org/support/ is a great resource for sites using the open source WordPress.org software, and you can find support for that at: https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
