Fatal Error After Downloading New Theme

    Hi
    Earlier today, I downloaded a new theme for my blog (Dazzling). For some reason, now NOTHING on my blog works. Every time I try and get onto any page (the domain itself, my dashboard, my cPanel) it comes up with the following:

    Fatal error: Cannot redeclare optionsframework_init() (previously declared in /home/content/p3nexnas06_data03/53/2175553/html/wp-content/plugins/options-framework/options-framework.php:32) in /home/content/p3nexnas06_data03/53/2175553/html/wp-content/themes/dazzling/inc/admin/options-framework.php on line 57

    I’ve read that I have to delete certain plug-ins, but I can’t access anything relating to my blog either via wordpress or my host, so how do I do that?

    The only help I’ve found talks about FTP and I’ve followed the steps but it keeps asking for FTP information that I don’t have.

    I’m afraid you’re in the wrong forum. This support forum is for free WordPress.com blogs. You appear to have a self-hosted WordPress.ORG install. WordPress.com and WordPress.org are completely separate and different: http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

    Oops, sorry! I see my site stats through a wordpress.com URL so I assumed that was what I was using. Apologies!

    No problem :) Your stats work via the Jetpack plugin, which connects you to the WordPress.com platform, so the confusion is understandable.
