Fatal Error after installing Jetpack Plugin

  After installing Jetpack for My Site which is hosted by Full Throttle I get this fatal error when ever i try to do anything on Wp-admin

  Fatal Errors:

  Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 33554432 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 7680 bytes) in /home/russjraf/public_html/www.isiriteam.com/Home/wp-admin/includes/menu.php on line 145

  Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 33554432 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 491520 bytes) in /home/russjraf/public_html/www.isiriteam.com/Home/wp-content/plugins/powerpress/powerpressadmin-metabox.php on line 407

  I am getting this Fatal Error and I CANNOT get into my site via wp-admin! HELP!
