fatal error after password change
-
After changing a password on our account, we now receive this error message:
Fatal error: Cannot redeclare create_initial_rest_routes() (previously declared in /home/content/p3pnexwpnas14_data02/45/3064945/html/wp-includes/rest-api.php:175) in /home/content/p3pnexwpnas14_data02/45/3064945/html/wp-content/plugins/custom-contact-forms/wp-api/plugin.php on line 221
It appears this is related to the contact form plugin, but I can no longer login to wordpress.org at all.
Could this have happened by someone logging into wordpress.com by accident?
I’m very confused, it’s all just vanished.stevesclubflagstaff.com
thanks

It looks like you are working with a self-hosted WordPress.org site instead of the WordPress.com-hosted version supported here.
Learn more about the differences between WordPress.com and WordPress.org:
https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/This wouldn’t happen by someone logging into WordPress.com because the two are completely separate from each other. It does look like the contact form is the problem. This link may help you remove it without access to your site:
https://codex.wordpress.org/FAQ_Troubleshooting#How_to_deactivate_all_plugins_when_not_able_to_access_the_administrative_menus.3FIf you have any further questions about this, I would recommend searching on the WordPress.org support forums for similar issues. If you cannot find anything that works, you can start your own thread. The forums are completely separate from each other, so you will need to register an account there if you haven’t done so already.
