fatal error after updating widgets

Hi guys,
After trying to upgrade to the newest wordpress version and updating my widgets, this error showed up:
Fatal error: Cannot redeclare wp_maybe_load_embeds() (previously declared in /home3/snaptres/public_html/wp-includes/functions.php:3112) in /home3/snaptres/public_html/wp-includes/media.php on line 1415
It also shows up now when I try to access my webpage or my wp admin log in. Please help!
