Fatal error after WP upgrade

  I upgraded to WP 3.6 (I think) and I now have the following error appear:

  Fatal error: Cannot redeclare has_shortcode() (previously declared in /websites/123reg/LinuxPackage21/ni/ck/al/nickallam.com/public_html/wordpress/wp-includes/shortcodes.php:157) in /websites/123reg/LinuxPackage21/ni/ck/al/nickallam.com/public_html/wordpress/wp-content/plugins/webphysiology-portfolio/function.php on line 2527

  Can anyone shed any light on my misery? My site is nickallam.com – can’t remember what my theme is though.

  Hi Nick, just to clarify, WordPress.com and WordPress are entirely separate. If you need help with a standalone install of the WP software, you need to post over at https://wordpress.org/support/ If you don’t have a username account there, you’ll need to register one.
