Help please. I am an absolute greenhorn and would like to edit my page. How can I solve the problem mentionned above?

Hi there
That looks like an error someone would see from a WordPress installation at a hosting provider other than WordPress.com.I tried to look at the blog for the default address for your user name dodowo.wordpress.com and got
dodowo.wordpress.com doesn’t exist
I suspect that you have a blog somewhere with a different hosting provider. Contact them, since that appears to be a memory allocation problem on their end.
Since your blog is hosted someplace else, you can find support for the WordPress software over at https://wordpress.org/support/ which is the correct support network for your situation.
But it’s all WordPress, right? It is easy to be confused by this. The WordPress software is written and maintained by the WordPress.org community, and is the blogging software that is used by over 25% of the web! Because of their commitment to Open Source code, ease of use, and popularity, WordPress software is installed by many hosting providers for use by their subscribers.
Automattic owns the hosting service known to us as WordPress.com.
BUT the software that you are using on your self hosted blog has no real connection with WordPress.com, beyond the name. They don’t talk to each other (even though they are on good terms).
https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/ explains many of the differencesHope that helps some, and i hope to get to see your blog once you get this sorted out

Hi Dave2Swords
the name of the blog is http://www.caecilienchor-boesingen.ch. I guess there is a different hosting provider. I’ll contact them.
Thanks a lot for your response.
