fatal error and unable to log in

  I’ve used my site daily for over a year and today received this error: Fatal error: Can’t use function return value in write context in /home1/klamastra/public_html/wp-content/plugins/insert-headers-and-footers/ihaf.php on line 102
  I have attempted to log into wordpress.org and it will not allow me to enter in and no longer recognizes my user name or email address
