Fatal Error: Arrays are not allowed in class constants

  I cannot access my site or my dashboard – all I see is the following message on a blank white screen:

  Fatal error: Arrays are not allowed in class constants in /home2/gabistone/public_html/wp-content/plugins/jetpack/vendor/automattic/jetpack-sync/src/Modules.php on line 31

  How do I resolve this issue?

  Your site is not hosted on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress.org software at another hosting provider. We cannot help with this in the WordPress.com forums.
